Fix for ignored Return key after 4.0.3 upgrade

Hi,

today I upgraded to 4.0.3 and noticed that the Return key stopped working in the editor: Pressing Return simply didn’t do anything noticeable. (Mac OS X 10.6.8)

If you have the same problem, open PhpStorm’s Preferences > IDE Settings > Keymap > Editor Actions > Enter and set the Return key as keyboard shortcut.
