Is it possible to generate an interface from a class by PHPStorm?

Extract Interface refactoring is not yet implemented in PhpStorm -- please check this ticket: http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WI-5093

Accordingly to that ticket and PhpStorm & WebStorm Development Roadmap it is not scheduled for upcoming v5 (which upsets me :( )
