Using YAML with PhpStorm 4.0.3

Hello,
It's been quite a while since I've done something with PHP and so now I'm trying to get started again with the newest version of PhpStorm (on Windows). I did some Ruby on Rails and so I searched for ways to use libraries like YAML in PHP. Obviously it's possible, but I wanted to ask how it is done in JetBrains (or PHP in general for that matter).
Do I just download the newest version and move it in the project? Or is there some other way I'm supposed to do it?
