Auto generate function in php

Hello!
I`v been using intellij idea for flash/as3 development some time now and i love how it generates non-existing functions and methods with all the variables.
Why doesnt it work in PhpStorm?
I would like to write function xxxxx("1","2"); and it should generate sutch function.
Or there is no such option in PhpStorm ?
