Sync with Local

Is it me or is the Sync with Local not work properly?

E.g. I right click on my remote site, choose Sync with Local then I get a Diff screen with my local and remote files that are different. Great! Then I want to manually upload one of the files. I click on it and then the green arrow but it seems that nothing happens.

I then click on the green double arrow, and that also does not do anything.

What am I missing?

For changed files no action(red unequality sign in table) is provided by default. To mark file to upload click on that sign twice, in will change to blue right arrow. Then apply action on file with big green arrow.
