Yes, and I as I noted in the bottom of the ticket, it is not.
Not fixed? Are you on LAST eap or still on 110.122?... It was fixed later.
It is not fixed. I am still getting the Exception. We are using 110.359.
I've reopened http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/IDEA-75457 but we need some code to reproduce it, otherwise nothing can be done.
