Quickly toggle “Break at the first line”?

Hi,

I’ve looked for a way to quickly check or uncheck the Xdebug “Break at the first line” checkbox in the project settings. I’d love to being able to set it via a keyboard shortcut or a toolbar icon, but didn’t find anything. Have I overlooked something or do I really have to open the preferences to change this setting?
