selectItem "Run (shift+F10)" is not available, how to let it available?  what its difference with Aptana?

Right now i know right click and select 'Open in browser' , what s the diff between ' open in browser' and 'Run(shift+F10)' ?

It depends on selected run configuration (it is no difference between 'Open in browser' action and running 'PHP Web Application' run configuration). What run configuration did you try?
