Is it not possible to work on 2 project at the same time?!
When I have 2 opened projects and i close them both I can't restore both of them?
So if I have a remote project and it is closed, the next time I reopen PHPstorm I have to download all the files again and setup a whole new project???
This is a nightmare working like this, I wasted half a day just downloadiong files and now they are no longer asociated with the remote server!

You should reopen the project that was created after downloading and not download files again.
You can reopen closed project from File|Open Recent menu.
Done that, but now I still can't sync between the local and remote project,
when I do "download from 'sandbox'" or on the remote host "download from here" I get:
[8/30/11 10:35 AM] Download from sandbox
[8/30/11 10:35 AM] No files or folders found to process
There were cahnges on the remote that should have been downloaded.

Please check your deployment mappings: File | Settings | Deployment | (your server) | Mappings tab. Typically you have your project root folder as 'Local path', and root of your files on server as 'Deployment path'. If in doubt, please attach the screenshot.
