High CPU Usage, 64-bit, Version 2.1 - UNUSABLE

Hi there

Ever since upgrading from PHPStorm 2.0 to 2.1, my CPU usage has gone off the charts.  The IDE is pretty much unusable for the most part - I can view my system profile and I see "java" taking up 100-200% of my CPU.  Everything is completely laggy, and it's totally useless.

I saw that there was a high cpu usage thread for versions prior to 2.0; not sure if this is a regression or what.... but I am a paying developer and would like this issue addresses ASAP.  Let me know how I can assist.
