OS X <HOME>/Library/Caches/WebIDE10/localHistory
Win/Linux <HOME>/.WebIDE10/system/localHistory
Note that its a single binary blob with data from all projects.
What is located in the .idea folder within the project folder itself? Just the project settings?

Yes. Inside of bunch of xml files, so you can easilly inspect them.
