add external PHP package (documentation)

Hello,

I am just wondering how to setup an external phpdoc documentation to use the autocomplete feature in PHPStorm for the APACHE SOLR search engine.

The package is : http://pecl.php.net/package/solr
The PHPDoc Docu : http://www.php.net/manual/en/book.solr.php

Is there a chance I could configure such external libraries ?
