can files in split view be locked in some way so that they scroll with each other?

Hi

i came across two files having similar code blocks in them .

i wanted to remove code from one of the file for consistency.
i created split view and started comparing them . now i had to scroll individual file to get similar view. is there any way to lock those files so they scroll with each other.?

in the projects pane you can use ctrl+click to select the 2 files then right click and choose "compare two files" and they will scroll together highlighting the simialities and differences.
