Wrong Timezone on the Jupyter Notebook executed cell

Hey,

since the last release, the time representing when the cell was run is not in local time, which is a bit annoying.

The new Jupyter interface is great though, but this fix would be very helpful :)

Here is a screenshot of the time being displayed (with 2 hours behind my local time zone)

Let me know if I am missing one setting to change
