The Community Forum - how can I get my Profile Name to remain the same?

Hi,

 

Every time I log in, I change my profile name, to a preferred one.  But the preferred one, never sticks, and the next login shows the original name.

 

Is there a way to make my profile name persistent, from session to session?

Hi,

Most probably your name is replaced with the name specified in your JetBrains Account: https://account.jetbrains.com (which is used as a login provider for the support web site and community forums).

Changing a JetBrains Account name should work.
