Intellij Idea CPU load 100%

Today my Intellij Idea start behaving really strange: it cause 100% CPU load.

Reply from the user: The reason was a defect Dell docking station that causes the high CPU load.
Strange but with new one it works.
Please provide the logs and a CPU snapshot. Make sure all the indexing is complete before recording a snapshot.
I've tried several restarts, windows restart and invalidate cashes.
@Serge where should I attach logs ?
