Meta key on window 7 Toshiba Protoge M750

I could not workout how to find a Meta key on the keyboard in order to use the short cuts. I tried Shift, Window key for no avail. What should I do? Thanks

Also Ctrl+z does not undo last change.

I have to change the key mapping to window
