Can we make the hover pop-ups say "Hey!" through the speakers?

I mean, that would be a nice touch, right? You not only get a visual notification, but an audio one, just to make sure we know it's there. You know, like the guy in the backseat who's like "Look at that! What's over there? Did you see that car?!"

It's really not enough that I be visually distracted by useless pop-ups, I also need to be audibly distracted; I think it would also greatly help out the PHPStorm developers, because if visual pop-ups are good for them, audible ones can only make it twice as good!
