Can't Run Bundler

Here's the error message I receive when I try to run bundler.

Could not locate Gemfile or .bundle/ directory

Process finished with exit code 1

Please advise.

Hello,

do you have Gemfile in your project's root? Please attach a screenshot from the project tree.
