Ugly black font in tooltips

Hi,

In the previous version all was fine, but ever since I got IntelliJ IDEA 2016, tooltips have a very thick almost unreadable black font.

For tooltips related to changes on lines of code, the font remains. For other tooltips, it has the ugly black font first, then changes to a readable font after a second. That, too, is still very annoying due to the transition.

Is there some workaround against this?
