Deploying to Goodle Cloud Bitnami Django instance

I created a Django Stack instance in Google Cloud, and Google gave me a password. The username is supposed to be 'bitnami', but I'm not able to connect over SFTP.
Has anyone had success using the Bitnami Django Stack in Google Cloud with PyCharm?

Hi. Can you connect with Putty or some other client to check if it PyCharm-specific issue?
I gave up and went to AWS.
