Database plugin pg_restore path/to/dump

When I use pg_restore, I can't set the dump path. In the previous version I could choose the path to the dump. Now it's cached and I can't change it. I need to use command in Terminal.
 

When i set the path to dump in Restore with psql, I recive :
The input is a PostgreSQL custom-format dump.
Use the pg_restore command-line client to restore this dump to a database.
psql process finished
