Lost feature on debugging taskbar

I think there used to be a button on the debugging toolbar which would let you run to the line on which the cursor was positioned, without having to create a breakpoint there.

That appears to have vanished in the new UI.  Is it, in fact, there, and I'm failing to see it?  Or if not is there anything I can do to configure things to get it back again?
