npm ReactPropTypes does work as expected

I am doing a react project and according to ReactPropTypes Plugin for JetBrains IDEs | JetBrains Marketplace the module ReactPropTypes should work with Intellij, but it doesn't.  When I press Alt-ins I should see an option for PropTypesGenerate (which is installed by root global and install for local as well as a npm module) but instead all I see is “Copyright”.   The web page is not saying anything about something in intellij needs to be turned on to get PropTypesGenerate added to the Generate list.

So, has anyone used this and got it working?
