clion 2024.2 redicous slow to finish loading projects task and start resharp engine

a project 10+ times bigger then llvm-project, only few files listed by cmakelist.txt are concerned
it takes maybe hours to finish backgroud task(loading projects) even open with cache
have to fallback to 2024.1.4

There was problem with project loading on 2024.2.
When 2024.2.0.1 fix arrived it was solved.
But after update to 2024.2.1 problem with project loading is again.
In Jetbrainss Toolbox I do not have option to come back to 2024.2.0.1
I can only go back to 2024.1.5

CLion 2024.2.2 includes another related fix. Please install CLion 2024.2.2 and check if it resolves the issue.
