How to change IntelliJ default layout

How can I change the default (windows, tools, etc.) layout for latest IntelliJ 2024.2? I like my setup and want this to be applied to all future projects
This used to be simple in older versions, but the new version doesn't seem to have gone backwards

This feature is not yet supported. Please upvote the related ticket IJPL-61712 in our issue tracker.
It's disappointing that you guys released a new version without this support when it was available in the older versions. We all know as developers everyone have their own ideal setup and style
