Keep getting "External file changes sync might be slow", but shouldn't

After making a new project, I get the warning in the screenshot here, but shouldn't.
The project is tiny, file system is a local ext4 (same SSD as Ubuntu's boot and my home dir.), and I have already set this:
⮕ cat /etc/sysctl.d/60-jetbrains.conf
fs.inotify.max_user_watches = 524288Running PyCharm 2024.2.1 (Professional Edition) under Ubuntu 24.04.1. I have recently moved to Ubuntu 24.04; I don't think I have previously reproduced the issue with Ubuntu 22.04.

Hi Francesco Fantauzzi, It seems your issue is caused by https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IJPL-74471 which is planned to be fixed in the future 2024.3.
Please check if the workaround section helps to resolve this behavior.
Same here with PhpStorm 2024.3.1… so it's not fixed in 2024.3 !

The warning is still there, with same title but a different description : « The current inotify(7) watch limit is too low. More details. »
