Hello,
I am a student from Uzbekistan and I was trying to get a free educational license for IntelliJ IDEA through the JetBrains website. However, I received a message that due to sanctions, the license cannot be provided to me. As far as I know, Uzbekistan is not subject to these restrictions, so I was wondering if there is a way to resolve this issue. Could you please clarify if I can still obtain the educational license, or if there are any alternative solutions?
