Issue with IntelliJ IDEA Plugin Installation

Is there a way to manually install plugins or troubleshoot this installation problem?

I'm having trouble installing plugins in IntelliJ IDEA. When I try to install a plugin from the marketplace . I've tried restarting the IDE and checking my internet connection, but the issue persists

Are there any related exceptions in the idea.log file?

• Help | Show Log in …
• Open the idea.log file and scroll till the end
• Try to install plugins from the marketplace via IntelliJ UI
• Check idea.log for any exceptions
