I cann't find any descriptions of what the “new*” mark meaning.

I cann't turn off it.

Please help me. What is it and how can I turn it off?

Please try to disable the inlay hint "Settings | Editor | Inlay HInts | Code vision | Code author" and see if it helps or not.
