Plugin review has been failing

The review of my plugin has taken over a week, and it still hasn't been approved or published in the marketplace. Could you help me understand what might be wrong and assist in resolving the issue? The name of my plugin is Apifox Helper.

Hello,
We have sent instructions to the email you use to upload the plugin versions, stating that both the plugin description and release notes must be in English. If you'd like to keep several versions, then the one in English must be the first one and in the first line.
Please update it in the plugin.xml file and upload it to the Marketplace again. Until that, we cannot approve the latest updates!
