Copilot is encountering temporary issues: EditorFetcher requestfailed: Error processing request: Remote host terminated the handshake: undefined

hi. since last week i'm encountering this error on every completion. sometimes maybe a few times daily it actually works and i get the prediction but most of the time there is handshake failure. the copilot chat works fine. if i turn off the work vpn the error disappears but i can't go without it as it's required for my work.
