PyCharm Freezes my MacBook Pro M3

Since I started coding in PyCharm it freezes sometimes but a few days ago it freezes all the time, my whole computer freezes and i can not open anything or move anything, i have lost some of my codes because of this.
Any solution, I already try to uninstall and install it again and it didn't work.
I can use some help, thank you.

Make sure to provide the IDE UI logs from Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data and also attach a CPU snapshot if possible using the steps of this article
Even I'm facing the same issue for the community edition on M3
Sachin Balmane , to check the issue, please create YouTrack ticket and attach the log archive, which can be found under Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data.
I have the problem since I changed to Tahoe. PyCharm is unusable right now
