Rider 2024.3 'Show diff in tab' does not work when commit tool is pinned in bottom toolbar

In Rider 2024.3 the 'show diff in tab' does not work when having the commit tool window in the bottom toolbar. The diff instead shows up inside the commit tool window. If the commit tool window is pinned on the left toolbar, then the diff in tab works fine.
I have tried disabling ‘show diff in tab', restarting the IDE and the enable it again but it just doesn't work. I've also tried reinstalling 2024.3 a couple of times but still same result.

Sure!
Rider 2024.3 with “Left bottom". Diff will open in a main window tab on single click.
Rider 2024.3 with “Bottom left”. Diff will open inside the commit tool window on single click.
This is related to: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IJPL-163688/Preview-diff-not-available-in-the-vertical-window
Fix will be available next release: “Show splitter-preview for vertical toolwindows if they share the toolwindow with VCS-Log.”
Dino Letic This is still not fixed in 2024.3.2. Same issue.
