Account security
Stupid question, but I couldnt find explicit info on that. Let's say I have an account with linked email on which I have my active JB license, can anyone who has access only to this linked email, somehow get access to my JB account, or remote access to my databases/code etc.

Supposing that by linked email you mean the option described at https://sales.jetbrains.com/hc/en-gb/articles/7654171906706-Linking-multiple-email-addresses-to-your-JetBrains-Account, if someone has access to the linked email inbox, they can only access the JetBrains Account associated with this email. They cannot unlink it as it is done in the main account. But they can change the password for this account, link other emails, etc.
For sure, if 2FA is configured, some account actions, like changing account details can't be done without providing a 2FA code. Therefore, setting up 2FA is always a good idea.
Remote access to my databases/code won't be possible as IDEs are on-premises products and are not managed by JetBrains Account.
