Does anyone know how to get rid of this popup? It's coming up with every line I write and it's starting to drive me crazy.

Sorry for the delay in response.
This might be the Parameter Info popup - https://www.jetbrains.com/help/clion/viewing-method-parameter-information.html.
Please check if the "Show the parameter info popup in ..." option is enabled in
File | Settings | Editor | General | Code Completion. If it is, you can disable it.
