Displaying Environment Variables list in the Debug configuration

I have this problem in different places - unable to see the Environment Variables list in the Debug configuration. It displays just in one value list and resizing is not possible. Changing the size of the dialog does not affect the size of the variable list.
I've been struggling with this problem for years now - can anyone explain how to fix it?

The debug configuration dialog is specific for each framework. Kotlin Compose example:
