My pycharm keeps on saying failed to save settings, please restart. I have restarted pycharm and my program multiple times now and it still isn't working. What can I do.

Is the issue still present? Looks like might be permission issues on the project directory.

In case the issue persists, create a new YouTrack request here and also attach the IDE UI logs from Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data
