Is it possible to have the query console default name as the "current date" instead of consolex (x= 1,2,3,4..) ?

There is no built-in feature for this. You can always manually rename it, of course. If you feel strongly about having this, please submit a feature request for it so we can consider it for future releases. https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/newIssue?project=DBE
