I have the problem
I come from South Korea, and I approved by github student pack
The official documentation instructs you to use github.
But when I use github the page says “Sorry, yoonun@gs.anyang.ac.kr email address is blocked. Please use another email address.”.

Please enroll to GitHub Student Developer Program at https://education.github.com/discount_requests/application. Then apply for JetBrains educational subscription with your GitHub
account (GitHub tab) at https://www.jetbrains.com/shop/eform/students).
Alternatively, you can apply for an ISIC card at https://www.isic.org/ validate it and apply with the option ISIC card.
