Problem with renewing student license

Everytime I click “Renew my Education Pack”, I get a messsage “If you would like to renew your Student License, please use the dedicated link in your JetBrains Account, or check the email reminder we send out one week before your license expires for the same link.” I tried clicking the link in the licenses page(https://account.jetbrains.com/licenses), and still the same message pops out.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We would be happy to help you to solve your issue, and will just need a little more info. As you got an auto-approved student subscription,
please send me the email address where the subscription was delivered/the number of order and any officially issued document in the PDF format with your full name and confirmation of your current student status in 2024/2025 academic year for validation of your JetBrains account ownership and eligibility.
After getting this documentation I'll help you to solve the issue.

Thank you for sending the required information and your supporting document. After checking our records, I see that your student subscription is valid until August 19, 2025, and your JetBrains account is managed with your student email address kwon0111@hanyang.ac.kr. That means, that you can use it as your login + password to use the software and the JB account. Please log in to your JetBrains account using this email address and password in order to reach your subscription. After downloading the tool, please activate it with the option JB account also using your email address and password.
The prolongation will become available two weeks before the expiration date of your subscription. You'll get our automatic renewal reminder then that will be sent to your main email address and the dedicated link also will appear in your account. You can use either link in the reminder or the dedicated link in order to renew your
subscription.

However, I have noticed a discrepancy in the expiration date of my license. In your message, you mentioned that my student subscription is valid until August 19, 2025. However, when I check my JetBrains account at https://account.jetbrains.com/licenses, it shows that my license is valid only until February 5, 2025.
Could you please clarify this difference and confirm the correct expiration date? If my license should indeed be valid until August 19, 2025, I would appreciate your help in updating the expiration date displayed in my account.

Thank you for sending the required information. You sent me a screenshot of your student subscription linked with your private email address. However, I wrote that your active student subscription is linked with your student email address kwon0111@hanyang.ac.kr and you can reach it if you log in with your student email address + password. Right now you have two Jetbrains accounts linked with your name. If I get your permission, I can merge them for your convenience.

If you want to change the main email address in your JB account, please use https://account.jetbrains.com/profile-details
Log in to your JBA, change the address and get our confirmation letter with instructions.
