warning message in pycharm about conflicting shortcut with macos

im relatively new to pycharm. i installed it 2 years ago on MacOS and used it a little without issues . 

i just fired it up today and am working through a tutorial that uses the find action shortcut (shift ctrl A)

when i do it, i get this warning that i never got before . i dont think i have modified any shortcut defaults on either my Mac or on Pycharm CE.      why is this happening all of a sudden?
