Cannot Close "New Branch" Popup with ESC in IntelliJ IDEA

In IntelliJ IDEA, the "New Branch" creation popup does not close when pressing the ESC key. Other popups in the IDE typically close with ESC, so this behavior feels inconsistent. Is this an intentional change, a bug, or is there a setting to enable ESC closing for this popup?

This issue has been fixed in version #IU-243.25659.59, and the popup now closes properly with the ESC key.
