Why suddenly some random directories are "greyed out"?

Additionally, please check: Settings | Version Control | File Status Colors - as these might indicate that the file has been deleted. 

Dino Letic  Hi, i just saw your response. The greyed out directories are not deleted, it dissapeared a few days ago, and then come back again, i still dont know what could be

Can you please check: Settings | Version Control | File Status Colors, what does grey indicate there?

Additionally, does the issue occur if you go to Settings | Plugins (click on cog) and disable all downloaded plugins:
 

Dino Letic  this is how File Status Colors is, it does not show anything “greyed”

And if i disabled all plugins instead of greyed out i see the directories “green out”

 It marks files included in your scope.

After digging further, I believe the cause might be related to File Colors settings in the IDE.

Can you double-check which UI plugin are you using and the setting with and without it?
