Same file in multiple splits broken in latest version 2024.3+

Open same file in multiple splits worked as well as expected. The Git, the grammar checking… everything worked as they should.

Recent updates made spliting into a nightmare!

Open same file in multiple splits would cause only on split could have git version ctrl, grammer checking, auto-completing…

I could not even pop up the file structure in multiple splits of the same file.

Why the new version made spliting such a horrible catarstrophic.

Would you guys please fix this? to make Clion greate again!
