WebStorm 2024.3 started to hang after switching my laptop from HDD to SSD M2

I was quietly using Webstorm while I had a HDD. But as soon as I switched to SSD, my Webstorm started to freeze periodically after startup. I start the application and it freezes until I remove the task from the Task Manager. Sometimes it comes in and works fine, but after changing branches or when I want to open a second project, it gets up again. Has anyone had a similar problem?

Would it be possible to collect and share log files as the initial troubleshooting step?
These can be collected with the Help > Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data menu action.

Unfortunately, when I click "Collect logs and Diagnostic data", the error "Cannot create.zip file with logs: File does not exist: C:\Users\danya\AppData\Local\JetBrains\WebStorm2024.3\log\open-telemetry-meters.2025-03-11-23-36-27.json". When the application freezes, there is no way to click on this button, since WebStorm freezes completely.

Please zip the C:\Users\danya\AppData\Local\JetBrains\WebStorm2024.3\log folder content and upload it to some file server. You can upload it via https://uploads.jetbrains.com/ form, for example.
