Add support Spring Framework in refactor

IntelliJ IDEA provide Extract Delegate function in Refactor menu.
After refactor is being created new class and default initialized field of this class
I propose add choise to Extract Delegate menu - to create delegated class like Spring component/service/repository. If user choose the spring component - created class be injected like bean
