Mouse Select Auto Jump to Next Line-Word

There’s an issue in JetBrains Rider with me where selecting a single line using the mouse sometimes includes part of the next line — especially the first word — even if the cursor doesn’t fully reach it.
Can I alter any settings or get assistance to stop this behavior?

I failed to reproduce this issue in Rider 2024.3.
What's your current Rider version?
Could you please also get IDE settings from the IDE main menu `File | Manage IDE Settings | Export Settings", upload it to https://uploads.jetbrains.com/ and share us the upload id for investigation?

What's your current Rider version and your used OS name?
We have a similar issue https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IJPL-28610/ (Line selection selects inlay hints that belong to the next line)
Butt it only happens when you double-click the line instead of expanding the selection use mouse.
Please try change `Settings | Editor | Inlay Hints | Other Languages | Code vision | "Default position for metrics" in the right sidebar` to "Right" to see if it helps.
