intellij won't start

hi, could someone please help me why intellij won't start? i downloaded the latest community version

i found someone with a similar issue and tried opening it through the command prompt by typing

cd C:\Program Files\JetBrains\IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition 2024.3.5\bin

start idea.bat

this is the error message i got;
