I want to switch back to the original Git commit page in WebStorm. How can I adjust the settings to do this?

If you are having difficulties with enabling non-modal, please check

If Modal plugin is enabled in Settings | Plugins, it should be automatically bundled under "Installed", the name is "Git Modal commit Interface"
In Settings | Advanced Settings, have "Use modal commit interface" enabled
Make sure staging is disabled in: Settings | Version Control | Git
